Farm Staff
Farmer Steve Waters manages a family team of skilled workers who run the farm and liaise with the Trust to enable the public to visit a commercial farm. Health and Safety considerations are made easier as we are an organic farm, so we have no harmful chemicals to apply to the crops.
Education Staff
Our Education Officer manages the educational visits and school camps, supported by administrator Lindsay Bishop, and other staff who come in on a day basis to lead your visit. Rushall Farm has the LOtC quality badge. The farm is also accredited with Access to Farms CEVAS (Countryside Educational Visit Access Scheme) Part 2 and the individual guides have the CEVAS Part 1 qualification as well as an enhanced DBS check and first aid training.
